That was almost a 23% increase from 1990. The numbers continue to climb. People are beginning to realize that they no longer have to work for someone else. There are so many things that I have on my list of things I want to experience throughout my life.  I am continuously crossing off and adding to my list.  It amazes me how so many people go through their lives never getting to enjoy their dreams.  Never getting to cross even one thing off their list.  You know, the expected typical life.  Go to school, get a good job, and work hard to build your retirement so you can finally quit working at the age of 65.  This leaves no time to actually enjoy life.

We are not here to be miserable in our lives.  We are here to experience life.  So live it.  Abraham Lincoln said, “And in the end, it’s not the years in your life that count.  It’s the life in your years.”  Start doing the things on your list.  Enjoy life to it’s fullest.

The reason I started a home based business was so that I could enjoy my life.  I wanted to retire my husband so that we could be home as a family.  We deserve to spend time together.  We deserve to fulfill our dreams and cross the things we want to experience off of our list.

Don’t wait to experience life.  It can pass so quickly when you are caught up in the typical every day.  When you have your list, start living it.  You deserve it.

Deciding to become an entrepreneur was easy for me. I am not happy being governed by a boss. I wanted to work for myself and be in control of my future. But what to do? There are many options available. I actually looked into franchise opportunities. There were way to many stipulations. The initial upfront cost was significant, most were around $250,000. Then the royalties and other fees expected, like advertising were high. These high figures would cut into the income of the business. We would not even break for 2-3 years, maybe more depending on sales. I was not about to throw 3 years away for a 80 hour work week. This was not for me.

So I thought since I wanted to work for myself I need to have the education to do so. I went to school and received my business degree. I thought I wanted to start my own business as an accountant. I liked doing this but it requires so much time. I could make good money working 80 hours a week and never have time to enjoy it.

So I knew I wanted to work for myself and have the time freedom to enjoy my life with my family. So I found this opportunity to start my own business working from home or traveling, 10-15 hours a week,  and an unlimited amount of income.  This was exactly what I was looking for.

Starting a home based business can absolutely change the way you live.  Having the money and time to spend with my family was my main priority and now I can.  Becoming and entrepreneur is not for everyone.  But for those that choose to become an entrepreneur starting their own online home based business, they can have the life they desire for themselves and their family.

The power of choice is a the reason I started a home based business. I went to school to make a better life for my family. After I graduated I was not going to be satisfied with my life working a 9 to 5 job while someone else raised my children. So I made the choice to start a home based business. I knew I have the power of choice and no one was going to make decisions for me in my life.

Everyone has the power of choice. Some just don’t realize they have it or they choose not to use it. There are so many times that people allow their boss or other people to make choices about how they live. They are giving their power of choice away. Now I know that money does not solve everything. It cannot buy you happiness. However, making a significant income from home allows us make more powerful decisions. Money does allow you to buy time. Time is something you can never get more of. Once it’s gone it’s gone. Using the power of choice can allow you to have more time for the things you enjoy in life, like family, vacations, or hobbies.

We spend a lot of time together as a family. A home based business was the best choice for us to be able to have the time we wanted as a family. We can now have the time freedom to go and do the things we enjoy. We spend time at the lake, out camping, shopping, playing games. We really just have the time to spend anywhere with each other. We gained this through the power of choice.

Anyone can have this life if they choose. You only need to realize the power you have to make choices for yourself and your family. The choices you make today will absolutely have an impact on your tomorrow.

I absolutely am involved in the best home based business. I have the opportunity to empower people and to help them realize their true potential. People have huge dreams and goals but just don’t have the vehicle or knowledge to get there. I get to teach them how to reach for them. I love to be able to take off whenever we want. The kids wanted to go fishing so we loaded up and went for a couple of days. There is no one to answer to so we just get to go. We get to spend time together without getting permission from a JOB. I will never let someone else be in control of my life.

While we were getting ready to go I was paying attention to all the people working through the weekend. There were construction workers on the road, police officers, car salesmen, employees at the gas station. Car salesmen must love to work on the weekends so they can make good money. But, at what cost? They work 60-80 hour week to make all this money that they have no time to spend. Their families never see them. We stopped in at walmart to get some things before we left. There were so many employees that were miserable. They are sick of being stuck working through the another busy weekend.

I am so glad that I made the choice to be free from a J.O.B. Instead of being at work I am taking my children out fishing. We love being outdoors, whether it is fishing, hiking, camping, or boating. We are out doing something all the time. In fact we are getting ready to head back to the lake again. I love this business. It allows us to spend time together as a family doing the things we enjoy. There are so many benefits in having the best online home based business. We get to be together and we can literally take our business with us. Nothing keeps us from enjoying our lives.

Anyone can have this life. It is a choice. Either you choose to be a slave and live a life of mediocrity or you choose to settle for nothing less than your best life. I’ll tell you, My family and I deserve to have the best life. We will never settle for a life of mediocrity.

Today is Labor Day and so many people have just enjoyed a long weekend with their families. Now it is back to the same old routine as they head home. There are a lot of people who could not even have the time off. They have a J.O.B. and a boss that dictates how and when they can live their lives. So many are stuck in the belief that you must work hard for many years, that is just how life is. They get so excited to have a 3 day weekend. Now, they dread having to go back to work.

There is more to life than your JOB. There is a better way to work. Instead of working hard, work smart. I have always had Big dreams and ambitions. As far back as I can remember I have always been driven by my next goal, whatever if may be. In school it was to become a better student or a better athlete. After getting married it was buying our first home. Having children and being there to raise them. After this I decided to finish college and I graduated at the top of my class. Everyday I think of where my life is going and it excites me.

Thinking BIG has given me results. I am constantly putting new goals in front of me, as I reach one goal I reach for the next. There are many people who think it is impossible to achieve such Big dreams. If you focus and maintain a positive attitude and let nothing stop you, you can and will achieve anything.

When I say Live BIG, I mean live a life that you are passionate about. One that when you wake up in the morning you love your life. Go after your goals and let nothing stand in your way. You are in control of your life and you can choose to Live BIG in every aspect.

My living BIG is being with my family. I am here for my kids always. I am involved in activities with them and they will never go to daycare. We bought a second home and plans are being set to build our dream home. We drive nice cars, we go shopping whenever we want to, and we love to travel so we go on vacations often. When we vacation, I mean we vacation. We stay at luxury hotels and indulge in the pampering. We love the outdoors so we like new adventures. My children have opportunities that I used to not even consider. I absolutely love my life.

We are able to contribute both time and money to charitable foundations. Being able to do this makes such an impact on us. We are always looking towards our new goals and where we will be tomorrow.

What is a fun day to you? What is your ultimate day like?

Mine is hitting the lake. We get to the lake for a few days of fun, of course it’s Tuesday. We don’t have jobs so we can go to the lake in the middle of the week. We load the boat and jet across the clear morning water. We do a little wake boarding, skiing, tubing for the kids. We head back and have some lunch and lounge on the beach and swim. We have an awesome day.

Just a typical day is fun for us. No alarm clock to wake up to. I love to be woken up by the kids in the morning. They come and climb into bed and tell me it’s time for breakfast. We all get up and enjoy breakfast in the morning together. It starts the day off right. The kids get off to school and I head out for a run. When I get back, I work for a 2 hours. The rest of the day is for whatever I want. Going to lunch, shopping, movies. When the kids get home we hang out and enjoy the afternoon together.

Having a home based business has allowed us to have the life we want. We have no job and no boss to answer to. We get to enjoy every moment with our kids and they love to be able to have mom and dad home. When I pick the kids up from school there are so many children lining up to go to the daycare. I love being able to see my kids first thing and ask them how their day was. The kids headed for the daycare have to stay there till 5 or 6 and wait for mom and dad to get home from work. I am so grateful that I have this opportunity to live my life and not be tied to a job. The best part is that I get to show other people how they too can have a life of freedom.

Where were you this weekend?

I just got back from a weekend in Vegas. We had such a blast. Once a year I get together with friends for a training event. It is arranged by an affiliate wholesale company. I and other self-made millionaires get together to mastermind and have a ton of fun.

We rocked the Paris Hotel in Vegas. You all know that Vegas never sleeps. Well let me tell you that nobody slept while we were in Vegas. There was so much energy going on. We had so much FUN. Prizes and awards were given away, including i-phones, digital camera, luggage, 60″ plasma TV, and a Range Rover Sport. We heard from great speakers. We just had an amazing time.

We had a great view of the Bellagio fountain in front of the hotel. I enjoyed shoe shopping in the fantastic little shops and great food from the restaurants throughout the Paris Hotel. This was a good quick-trip getaway before school started.

I love the life we enjoy. We can take off to wherever, whenever we want. You can have it too if you choose.
